AI shouldn't be a collection of tabs

Every new model ships with a new tab. A new app. A new subscription, a new interface to learn, a new history silo that knows nothing about the others.

We think that's backwards. You shouldn't have to become the integration layer between AIs — copying answers out of one window and pasting context into another.

Relay starts from a different premise: one conversation that every model can join. You stay in the thread; the models come to you.

The tab bar was a fine answer when there were two models. With dozens of frontier models, it's time the conversation became the interface.
